Applications to the 21-22 Apprentice Teacher Program have launched! 

Do you know DSST alums who are about to graduate from college and would be incredible DSST teachers? This year, 11 (!)  of our New Hires were former DSST students themselves! We need your help in connecting with and recruiting our alums for the upcoming hiring season. So pull out those old advisory trackers and get your social media post ready - let’s recruit the most talented and diverse cohort of Apprentice Teachers yet! 

We’d also love to recruit other folks you know that might want to work at DSST too - read on to learn how to refer great people to DSST.

What is the DSST Referral Bonus?

For every person you refer who joins our team, you can earn a $500 referral bonus!  We know this kind of outreach takes time, and we are happy to be able to recognize your efforts. What is the Apprentice Teacher Program?

Who should apply?

No prior experience in teaching  is necessary to apply - we seek applicants with diverse educational and life experience who want to make an impact on youth at DSST. Our alums are particularly well positioned to take on teaching and leadership roles on our team, and we are thrilled to add even more former DSSTers to our team.
