As you’ve heard in prior communications, Engrade is planning to discontinue their service on June 30, 2019. Any staff wishing to migrate tests to Edulastic will need to make a plan of action prior to the end of school to ensure their tests are not lost. Please note that no test results data will be removed from Polaris. If you do not wish to transfer your assessments from Engrade for future use in Edulastic, no additional action is needed.
There are three options for test migration/creation. Teachers may choose to use any combination of these options. Home Office will manage the transfer of assessments that have historically been created and managed at the Home Office (for example, Wit and Wisdom Mastery Checks and MS Math Common Summatives).
Option 1 - Examview Upload (Preferred Option)
Option 2 - Build in Edulastic
Option 3 - QTI Export

Teachers who are interested in training on how to create tests in Edulastic prior to leaving for summer will have the option to do so on June 4th or 5th. If you would like to participate in the optional training, please RSVP using this Google form.
