It is time to start thinking about one of DSST’s most important celebrations – our Core Value Awards. DSST lives and breathes by our six core values: Respect, Responsibility, Curiosity, Courage, Integrity and Doing Your Best.
Every year at the holiday party, we honor six team members from across our network of over 900 educators who show up and live our core values in exceptional ways on a daily basis. Living by our values is an integral part of DSST culture, as is recognizing those outstanding members of our team who exemplify one or many of our core values.
We are looking for your Core Value Award nominations starting today. While it may feel a little early to start thinking about nominations, we want to make sure each of you has the time to think about who you are going to nominate and our committee has time to review your submissions and select winners.
Between now and Nov. 15, we’ll be accepting your Core Value Award nominations for those team members who have gone above and beyond to live out one value. We challenge each of you to submit at least one nomination for each value at this link, but there is no need to stop there! You are welcome to submit as many nominations as you’d like.

The winners of our Core Value Awards will be honored at our first in-person Holiday Party after two years on Dec. 15 with speeches that will recognize their hard work and indomitable spirit.
