Denver Post Top Workplace Survey: What to know

As you may have read in this morning's email from Bill, DSST Public Schools has been voted a Top Workplace by the Denver Post eight times over the past 10 years. Beginning today, Nov. 29, we have the opportunity to participate in their Top Workplace Survey once again.

This morning you should have received an email from Energage, an independent research company conducting the Top Workplace survey, with a unique link to the anonymous online survey. In an increasingly challenging K-12 hiring context, this Top Workplace recognition is a crucial staff recruitment tool that helps us attract and hire the best talent for your campus. 

Please take 3-5 minutes to complete the survey this week.

Additional Information

The survey is being conducted by Energage, an independent research company. To protect your confidentiality, Energage will not disclose your individual responses to DSST. Furthermore, your department or group scores will only be disclosed if five or more people in your department complete the survey. However, please note that managers may see the optional written comments on the final page of the survey. If you wish to make a comment, please do not write anything that will identify you as an individual.

Please note:

• If you do not receive the survey email within the next week, please check your spam or junk folders for a message from "Workplace Survey.” In order to open the survey invitation, you may first need to mark the email as “not spam.”
• If you accidentally delete the survey email, you will receive reminder emails that will allow you to take the survey. The deadline to complete the survey is Wednesday, Dec. 14. You will continue to receive reminder emails until the deadline, unless you complete the survey. Take the survey early to save your inbox!
• Please do not forward the survey email to a colleague, as each email has a unique code to prevent multiple responses from a single person.
