Discounted Slice of Pi tickets available for staff

Written by DSST Public Schools | 04/11/18

Our annual Slice of Pi fundraiser is a chance for DSST to showcase to donors and friends the extraordinary things that happen on our campuses.

There are a slate of student demos scheduled for the event where supporters will have the chance to observe and ask questions of students about the projects involving everything from robotics to creative arts to a book designed to help students with learning disabilities.

Additionally, we will honor Sen. Michael Bennet, who is a former superintendent at Denver Public Schools, for his work around ending educational inequity and helping advance the DSST mission.

This is also a chance for staff to either meet our network’s supporters and to learn more about student projects on different campuses. The good news is there are two ways for staff to attend:

This year’s Slice of Pi is 5:30-8:30 p.m. April 27 at DSST: Stapleton High School. For more information, visit www.dsstpublicschools.org/sliceofpi. Or call/email Mary.McGee@scienceandtech.org, or 303-802-4160.
