Biscuit wants to let you know that May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Biscuit’s family makes time for their physical & mental health so they are able to care for Biscuit’s health too! If you are struggling with more worries, have less energy to get things done, or are having a hard time concentrating or feeling hopeful; you are **NOT ALONE!** We get it. 

To support your mental health, DSST offers all staff **10 free visits with our Employee Assistance Program (EAP)**. We also heard from you that it has been difficult to schedule an appointment through EAP. Based on your feedback, we have worked with our EAP to enhance their service by helping you schedule an appointment.  To learn more about our mental health support visit our [Benefits Website](https://tinyurl.com/20-21Benefits), and don’t forget to enroll or waive your coverage through Workday by May 29th!
