Hello DSST!

Thank you all for sharing your thoughts on the Mid-Year Survey! Home Office teams are currently digging in to all of the results and comments, and we'll be sharing some high level results in the new year. In the meantime, you can view all of the results in [this Polaris dashboard](http://polaris.dsst.local/#/workbooks/2442/views). Additional information on all network surveys can be found [here](https://helix.dsstpublicschools.org/employee-resources/Pages/Strategy.aspx).

Today, we are excited to announce the news we know many of you have been waiting for! As you know, each school that had 100% staff completion of the mid-year survey was entered to win a special prize drawing. You can view the drawing of the captivating win [here!](https://web.microsoftstream.com/video/8e445ef3-ad3c-46b9-949a-433a287b8c8e)

Congratulations to AST; the Owls are our winners of our prize, competing with 7 other schools who had 100% staff completion on the mid-year survey!
