We know one of the main barriers to becoming a teacher or leader for many of our staff is the bachelor's degree requirement.

If you currently do not hold a bachelor's degree, we have an exciting opportunity to help you earn one** for free **for the next two years **while working in your current role at DSST!**  This year, DSST is able to provide a cost-free pathway to a Bachelor’s in Liberal Studies with a focus on classroom teaching through our partnership with the REACH University scholarship program.

Interested? Learn more and apply [on the DSST Internal Job Hub](https://dsstpublicschools.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/en-US/DSST_Careers/job/Denver-CO/Reach-Scholarship--Cost-Free-Bachelor-s-Degree-Pathway-_R4549?q=reach). **DSST is accepting applications for the Spring 2025 term now through early October.** You can also reach out with any questions to [humancapital@scienceandtech.org](mailto:humancapital@scienceandtech.org).

Not for you but know someone else who would be perfect? We would love to connect with anyone you think might be interested.  Please submit a [referral form here](https://info.dsstpublicschools.org/staff-referral)[.](https://info.dsstpublicschools.org/staff-referral)

Due to the limited number of scholarships available, we recommend applying as soon as possible!
