Landed down-payment assistance now available

Written by DSST Public Schools | 03/21/18
DSST is excited to announce that our partnership with Landed is now finalized, and staff members can turn in applications for down-payment assistance to buy a house in the Denver area.

Landed (landed.com), provides half of an educator's down payment, up to $80,000. There are no monthly payments on this support, instead educators will share in the gain (or loss, if any) of their home when they sell or refinance.

The partnership is part of DSST’s commitment to help our educators and staff put down roots in the communities in which they serve. In a hot real estate market such as Denver, a down payment can help you make a more competitive offer as well as lower your monthly mortgage payment to make owning a home affordable.

If you’d like to learn more, Landed representatives have scheduled two information sessions to help answer questions. Partners/spouses/family members also are welcome to attend.
