We’re happy to announce that we will no longer use IVisions for reimbursement requests. Starting October 31, everyone should submit reimbursement requests through QuickBase.
We heard your feedback about IVisions and we made sure this new tool addressed the problems you reported. You can find a step by step guide here.
To get started with a new reimbursement request, simply go to the Helix, click on the Quickbase app, and you should see a new app on your Quickbase dashboard called “Reimbursements & Invoices.” If you do not see it, please contact Raul Padilla.
If you submitted a request through iVisions before 11/1, you do not have to resubmit it through QuickBase. They will be processed within the next few days.
