Peer and student survey window now open

The Peer and Student Survey Window is open!

• What: Survey questions to receive feedback from students and peers supporting each teacher’s professional development. Please note: both the Peer and Student survey questions have been changed this year to research-based questions from content experts.

• When: September 4th to October 26th

• Why: Learn from students and peers how teachers can increase their impact to support our mission.

• How:
• Student Surveys: Teachers should complete student surveys using the Panorama  Survey Tool (see link & guides on the TCP Helix Page).
• Peer Surveys: Please ask your peers (teachers, admin and front desk staff) for radically candid feedback though the Peer Survey, Feedback and Supervisor Review Tool (see link & guides on the TCP Helix Page).

Scores from student surveys will be updated in your CTI dashboard each Wednesday. Survey questions and additional resources can be found on the TCP Helix Page. If you have any additional questions please email the TCP Helpdesk tcpheldesk@scienceandtech.org

**Non-instructional Staff that should participate in surveys include: School Psychologist, Social Worker, Student Support Specialist, Office Manager/OA, School Directors, DCIs, Deans, Athletic Directors, Directors of College Placement, Assistant Director of College Placement, ASDs / SDiT, Center Program Leads, Para-Professionals, Director of Operations, DCS, DSS & Home Office Staff.
