As we near the end of the school year, and look towards the Fall, we are dedicated to ensuring there are amazing teachers in our classrooms! While we have been extremely successful in filling most of our core roles already for next year, we are still searching for a couple more champions to help us achieve our mission. We know from experience that one of the best sources for new team members is YOU, so we are reaching out to ask for your help in recruiting fantastic Math and Science teachers, as well as licensed Special Education Teachers for our students for the 21-22 school year.
The Details:
Along with our traditional referral program, if you refer a licensed Special Education Teacher including Center Lead Teachers, or a Math or Science Teacher who is hired between April 16th, 2021 and August 18th 2021, you will receive a $1,000 Referral Bonus on your October paycheck.
Along with these roles, we also continue to strive to actively recruit a diverse candidate pool. As you think about your personal and professional network, we would love to reach out to any connections or leads you have that you think could help DSST build a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive team that is representative of our student body - racially, ethnically, socially, economically, culturally, and experientially.
