Spanish teacher referral bonus bumped to $2,000

As this school year comes to a close, the DSST Talent Team is always looking for amazing talent to join our community. As we have said many times – great people know other great people, and you are proving that right again!

So far, 53 percent of our 2018-2019 hires are referrals! Thank you for helping us find the best talent to support our students. While we are making great strides in hiring, we have one role where we continue to need your support.

Let us know about highly qualified High School Spanish teachers and you will earn a $2,000 bonus on your September paycheck if we hire your referral. We have 9 open roles across our network and believe that you can help us get those roles filled by this summer.

Don’t forget, you can earn extra cash before September by submitting a referral now. That submission will put your name into the $500 bonus raffle where two individuals win each month. Look out for the announcement of those winners next week!
