W2 now available online

Tax season is around the corner and your 2018 W2, a report stating your wage and salary information as well as the amount of federal, state and other taxes withheld from your paycheck, is now available electronically! In addition, hard copies of your W2 will be sent through U.S. mail by Thursday, January 31, 2019, to the address we have on file for you, but they are available electronically through iVisions from the Helix immediately.

Your 1095 form, which is the document which states you have or are eligible for a qualifying health care plan under the Affordable Care Act, will also be sent through U.S. mail with your W2 (this form is not available on iVisions). The 1095 shows the months in which you were eligible for benefits coverage through DSST in 2018 and may assist in preparing your tax returns (though it is not required in order to submit your return).

To access your 2018 W2 through the iVisions portal:

1. Navigate to the IVisions portal using this link or by following the pathway on the Helix (Note: you must be connected to the DSST VPN in order to access IVisions)
2. Log-in using your regular DSST username and password
3. On the home page, scroll down to the "2018 Employee W2 Now Available" announcement and select "Click here for your W2 wages and Tax Statement"
4. A PDF of your 2018 W2 will download automatically and be available to print
