DSST launches 2024-25 with focus on Big 5 Success Outcomes

DSST has gotten off to a great start for the 2024-25 school year. We are excited to keep this positive momentum by focusing on our Big 5 goals.

The Big 5 DSST Success Outcomes represent the impact of the highest priority work for the school year and put us on track to achieve our mission. 

What are the goals?

1. Increase student proficiency through excellent instruction.
2. Retain 80% of our transformational talent.
3. Educate over 7,500 students in thriving, high-demand school communities.
4. Achieve all green schools on 2024-25 Colorado State Performance Framework.
5. Deliver on 100% of the strategic plan milestones for the middle school academic program and schedule shift ahead of year 3 of the strategic plan.
