The Leadership Development Team at DSST hosted the Inaugural Leadership Pipeline Symposium on May 17 at The Source Hotel.
The night was dedicated to honoring the hard work of our Leadership Pathway Program members - our School Directors in Training (SDiT), Advanced Leader Cohort (ALC - for deans, directors of curriculum and instruction and school-based leaders), and Aspiring Leader Program (ALP - for teacher leaders).
We had a wonderful night hearing directly from program members about their leadership journeys over the past year. SDiTs gave a short speech, ALC members brought artifacts to represent their trajectory and ALP members completed reflective slides (Check out their great work here). It was a wonderful evening overall, and we are so excited about the continued work and growth of all of our rising leaders!
