All In Together: Everything you need to know about Infusion 2026
Every year, Infusion gives us an opportunity to pause before students return and come together as one DSST community. It's a chance to reconnect with our shared mission, celebrate the people who make this work possible, and launch a new school year with purpose and energy.
More than an event, Infusion is a DSST tradition. It reflects who we are as a network and reminds us that while our work happens in individual classrooms and campuses, we are united by a common commitment to ensuring that all students succeed.
This year's theme, All In Together, celebrates the collective effort it takes to fulfill our mission and the impact we can make when we work alongside one another.
What to expect
Infusion brings the entire DSST network together for an afternoon of celebration, reflection and connection.
During the program, you'll:
- Hear from CEO Nella García Urban.
- Connect to our work through student speakers.
- Celebrate colleagues across the network.
- Recognize this year's campus Flower People.
- Honor team members celebrating 5, 10 and 15 years with DSST.
- Spend time connecting with colleagues from across our schools and departments.
Most importantly, you'll have an opportunity to reflect on the impact of our work and build momentum for the year ahead.
