Congratulations Team for being named a Top Workplace in Colorado!  It is an honor to work on a team where all of us show up every day with dedication and determination to make a difference in the lives of children across this city.  Since our founding, we have committed to being a people first organization that serves our students and creates a great place for our team members to go to work every day.  This recognition validates the work we all invest in each other to make DSST a place where each one of us can thrive.

This is the fifth time in the past six years that DSST has been named a top workplace. This honor is based solely on employee feedback gathered by an independent third-party research firm, which annually reports its results through the Denver Post.  And every year, this one being no different, you have been the reason why we were awarded this honor.

We were named a Top Workplace for several reasons:

• A shared and deep commitment to the mission and Core Values,
• Meaningful development opportunities through coaching conversations
• A shared belief in management strategies that are making an impact
• Genuinely building relationships with team members and students

Our commitment to being a values-driven, inclusive organization is stronger than ever.  And we know that we still have work to do to ensure that we have a great place to work everyday.
