DSST Benefit Special Enrollment - Now Open!
As a reminder, DSST is pleased to announce a benefit special one-time enrollment period beginning February 1, 2019, and continuing through Friday, February 15th, 2019. What you need to know about this special enrollment:
- Plan Details: Kaiser PPO Plan (click here to view plan details)
- This “Out of Area” plan allows you to seek coverage from doctors or facilities found under the MultiPlan Network.
- Effective dates of coverage: March 1st, 2019 – June 30, 2019
- Enrollment Window: February 1, 2019 - February 15, 2019

Next Steps
Please access the bSwift web portal to make your enrollment selections for this Special Enrollment. Enrollment changes to the Kaiser PPO plan must be completed by Friday, February 15, 2019.
**Please keep in mind, during this Special Enrollment you may only move from the existing Deductible HMO or HDHP HSA plans to the Kaiser PPO option, you may not switch between the HMO and the HDHP plan until open enrollment for our new plan year beginning July 1, 2019!
