Posted by DSST Public Schools on 08/01/23

As the 2023-24 school year approaches, we are excited to welcome you all back at Infusion 2023 at the prestigious Gaylord of the Rockies on Monday, Aug. 7, with breakfast starting at 8 a.m.

This year's theme, "DSST Takes Flight," promises to be an inspiring and enlightening experience for all attendees. Let's dive into the event details and what you can expect on this extraordinary day!

Elevating the event

One of the highlights of the event will be a captivating fireside chat with Dr. Emily Matula, a NASA EVA Flight Controller. Dr. Matula's expertise and insights into space exploration are sure to ignite the curiosity of the DSST team. You will have a unique opportunity to interact with Dr. Matula during the program by submitting your questions beforehand here.

Preparing for takeoff

Before you soar into the event, familiarize yourself with essential details to make the most of your day. The Gaylord of the Rockies, located at 6700 North Gaylord Rockies Boulevard, will serve as the venue. The event will take place in Colorado Ballroom A on Convention Center Level 3. Upon arriving at the convention center, head to the end of the convention center towards the hotel and take the first set of escalators up one level to reach the venue.

The dress code for the day is casual, and we encourage you to wear your school pride with flair. Remember to bring along a water bottle, a notebook to jot down valuable insights and any personal items you might need throughout the day.

Navigating parking and transportation

For smooth transportation, carpooling is highly recommended. Various parking lots are available as indicated on the map below.
