One-click, data at your fingertips: meet Workday 

The WHY: DSST is implementing a new tool to house all of our people data in one place called Workday. Workday will give employees and managers one place to go to view all people data, manage that data & the related people systems (like attendance, benefits, compensation and more!). This new system will reduce manual processes for employees and leaders while at the same time increasing the accuracy and availability of our people data. For example: team members will now have access to their compensation and absence information on their smartphone. 

The WHAT: Workday is an online platform that will be accessed through your desktop, cell phone, or tablet by using your DSST email and password. Below is a list of a few functions that you will be able to do in your upcoming Workday profile:

• Manage and update your personal information

• View benefits information

• Request/approve time-off

• View compensation information

• View DSST Org Chart
