We know one of the main barriers to becoming a teacher or leader for many of our staff is the bachelor's degree requirement. 

If you currently do not hold a bachelor's degree, we have an exciting opportunity to help you earn one for free for the next two years while working in your current role at DSST!  This year, DSST is able to provide a cost-free pathway to a Bachelor’s in Liberal Studies with a focus on classroom teaching through our partnership with the REACH University scholarship program.
