At DSST we’re all about the people. We value wellness and support each other to lead fulfilling and healthy lives. It’s why we started Healthy U, where we focus on a different dimension of wellness in each monthly post. We hope to provide you with the information and tools needed to achieve both personal and professional fulfillment.

Spiritual wellness is a personal connection involving values and beliefs that provide a purpose in our lives.  While each individual has their own views, spiritual wellness is the search for meaning and purpose, leading to strive for harmony with oneself and others while working to balance inner needs.  There is no right or wrong; spiritual wellness may come in the form of nature, music, art, meditation, or community.  This is different for everyone.

This month we are highlighting our Giving & Cheer!  A two week long celebration to give and spread joy to you.  Continue to watch for holiday treats and more!
