What a fantastic start to the 2022-23 school year! We loved seeing your children back at our 16 schools in Denver and Aurora after a much-needed summer. It was great to feel the excitement and anticipation of a new school year in students and staff.

We kicked off the year across our schools with morning meetings, lots of energy, friendships renewed and friendships started. Below are a few first-week highlights.

Our newest school Aurora Science & Tech High School opened on Aug. 16, and we welcomed our first freshman class of Owls to the campus! This is our first high school in Aurora.

After a year of renovations, we also welcomed DSST: Elevate Northeast students in grades 6-10 to the brand new, state-of-the-art building.
