The holiday season is upon us, and between the gift giving and holiday treats, it’s also a nice time to give back to community members who need it most. Staff members across the network are working to make the holidays extra special during these challenging times, and if you’re looking for ways to contribute, we’ve compiled a list below! Colorado Gives Day: Tuesday, December 8
Parents, community members and staff can designate their gift to a specific DSST School on Colorado Gives Day. We invite you to help raise funds for your school by sharing DSST’s Colorado Gives Day giving link with families, community members and friends who want to support your school this December.
College View MS Toy Drive
Visit this GoFundMe to donate to College View Middle School’s 2nd annual Toy Drive. This year, they’re hoping to provide gifts for 25 families in need at their campus this winter. Donate from now through December 14!
Montview HS Toy Drive
Montview HS, in partnership with Project Worthmore, will be collecting toys for refugee children. Stop by the Montview parking lot on December 6 between 10 am and 2 pm and drop off a new toy!
COVID Family Relief Fund
You can always donate to DSST’s COVID Family Relief Fund, which helps provide support to our community in multiple ways, including mitigating food insecurity in our community as well as provide funds to help pay for internet bills and more. Select “COVID Family Relief Fund” in the drop down “Where Do You Want Your Donation Directed”?
