At Our Core: Refresh, recharge during Spring Break

Team,

Thank you for all of your hard work during the last seven months  -- it’s hard to believe we are at the end of March. I’m so proud of the work we’ve done on behalf of our students and families. We have embraced the continual discomfort of excellence, and your work is making a genuine difference in the lives of our students. There is much to be proud of and a lot of work that we need to continue to do to get better.

Referral bonus increases for certain roles

To help find top talent for DSST, many of whom could be working alongside you next year, we are increasing bonuses to $1,000-$2,000 for certain roles.

Landed down-payment assistance now available

DSST is excited to announce that our partnership with Landed is now finalized, and staff members can turn in applications for down-payment assistance to buy a house in the Denver area.

Landed (landed.com), provides half of an educator's down payment, up to $80,000. There are no monthly payments on this support, instead educators will share in the gain (or loss, if any) of their home when they sell or refinance.
