As we approach the end of the 20-21 school year and solidify our plans and shifts for the upcoming school year, we’d like to collect your feedback on the annual End-of-Year Survey!

Your feedback from the Mid-Year Survey (after Tri 1) helped shape how we think about 21-22 priorities and trauma-informed support needed for students and staff. We are looking forward to your additional insights as we close the year. 

This survey is anonymous and will answer a very important question: How are you doing this year? People are at the heart of DSST, and your feedback will help us understand how we can better support all of our team members. Results from this survey drive our approaches to staff culture, operations and technology, and many other aspects of DSST's model. The survey will remain open through Friday, May 7th, and we anticipate it should take about 15-20 minutes to complete.

As a reminder, the Mid-Year and End-of-Year Surveys focus on schools, Home Office, and the network overall. The biweekly Network Pulse Survey is focused more on individual health & wellness.
