We hope you all are well during these times, and while things may be changing in the world around us, one thing is still the same… DSST is still hiring!  While we have been extremely successful in filling most of our core roles already for next year, the one content we are still searching for candidates is in Special Education.  We know from experience that one of the best sources for new team members is YOU, so we are reaching out today to ask for your help in recruiting some amazing licensed Special Education Teachers for our students for the 20-21 school year. 

The Details:

If you refer a Special Education Teacher who is hired between April 27th 2020 and August 17th 2020 you will receive a $1,000 Referral Bonus on your paycheck following the signed offer letter. 

To show our appreciation for you as you bring in talent to our network, along with our traditional Referral Bonus Policy, we will be paying out the $1,000 referral bonus for any licensed Special Education Teacher hired between now and the first day of school the month after the candidate signs their offer letter.  For example if your referral is hired on April 29th, you will receive $1,000 on your May paycheck.  This will get your referral money in your pocket faster!
