Thank you for your incredible work and the continued feedback you have provided on the Network Pulse Surveys! Your input has been invaluable as we plan and adjust our programming and supports.

Now that we have officially ended Tri 1, we want to take some time to reflect on the organization and our schools as a whole. To do that, we are asking for your feedback on our annual Mid-Year Survey. Your input on this survey will help us best support you and our students in areas ranging from culture and DEI to academics and educational technology. This survey contains two parts. The first part is anonymous and will answer a very important question: How are you doing this year? People are at the heart of DSST, and your feedback will help us understand how we can better support all of our team members. In the past, results from this survey have driven our approaches to staff culture, operations and technology, and many other aspects of DSST's model. The survey will remain open through Friday, Dec. 11, and we anticipate it should take about 15-20 minutes to complete. 

At the end of the first portion, you will be directed to a separate Career Interest Survey which will be used to learn about how DSST can support your individual career development. I know it feels early to think about the 2021-22 school year, but we are genuinely interested in your early thoughts about next year.  This second survey is NOT anonymous.

New this year: All schools who get 100% completion on the Mid-Year Survey will be entered in a drawing for a team prize, so please encourage full participation!
