Senior Highlight: 3 Cole 'Legacy Dragons' share their plans for the future
DSST: Cole seniors Arianna Silva, Kenneth Hurd, and Abraham Cabello grew up on the Cole campus. We sat down to ask them a few questions about their experience:
Q: What is a Legacy Dragon?
A (Arianna): A Legacy Dragon is someone who has been (at Cole) their whole life. It shapes who you become as a person ... so me staying here made me who I am today.
Q: What are you most looking forward to at Senior Signing Day this year?
A (Kenneth): When we first went to Senior Signing Day in middle school, it was a field trip to me ... this year, I am looking forward to being on the stage and saying what college I'm going to be going to.
Q: What are your plans for college?
A (Abraham): After high school I'm going to go to CU Denver to major in law enforcement to become a U.S. Marshal ... because my dad, who inspired me, used to be a police officer back in Mexico.
