Tell Our Legislators to Vote NO on a New Anti-Charter Bill
We wanted to highlight an important opportunity to share your voice with the Colorado Legislature. House Bill 1295 has just been introduced to the State Capitol. If passed, this bill would prevent public charter schools from making future appeals to the State Board of Education by making it virtually impossible to challenge district decisions made against them.

Drop in DPS choice program participation raises enrollment, budget worries
As we mentioned a couple months ago at the close of Round 1 of SchoolChoice, ensuring that our schools are fully enrolled and securing that vital funding continue to be a challenge. The following article highlights a decline in SchoolChoice participation at the elementary level, potentially indicating future enrollment challenges at the middle and high school level in the years to come.
