Cole MS celebrated their Tri 2 PA Day last Friday, so it was only fitting that Emily Burkhardt, integral to the event, enjoys the glow of the Super Staff Spotlight this week!
We recognize that one of the best sources for new team members is referrals from current team members. Last school year, many of our new hires came from referrals from team members, community members, students, and families!
While it may seem far away now, Senior Signing Day planning is already underway!
DENVER (CBS4) – A charter school in northeast Denver is continuing to make a plea to the board of Denver Public Schools for expansion.
Kellie Phelps is no stranger to furry friends- she jumped in the Henry Lion mascot costume at Senior Signing Day last year to the roaring crowd’s delight! This week, we’re featuring her two black cats, Monte and Filius, and her German Shepherd/Lab mix Phoebe.
In our modern world of constant distractions, piles of work, and ceaseless demands on our attention, it can feel tough to find a moment of serenity. Meditation has been proven to help, and yet getting started may feel daunting. Maybe you’ve dabbled in meditation but the habit never really stuck? Perhaps you are tired of your smug friends talking about how much meditation has changed their lives, and you’re ready to get on the bandwagon?
When a 6th grade science teacher left our school last fall for active duty, a packed room of 6th and 7th graders gave him a tearful military sendoff. “He did so much to help me last year,” said one student, a former member of his advisory group. These words of gratitude were echoed by dozens of students.
In between classes and homework, Madeline Chalecki is spending all of her spare time talking about medical debt and our healthcare system. She's in twelfth grade at DSST: Montview High School and as part of her senior project, she is collecting donations to abolish medical debt.
